LOL actually 'trying to agree" with somebody who's simply all short, then covering and calling out,, naw, there's nothing to agree to except an attempt to manipulate people.

But for your question, why it's not .30 cents already, the only visible reason I can see for that is market makers attempting to hold up the sales which only have a 15% discount dump.

Manipulation by market makers? Perhaps but the reality is a slow movement here and like any live auction, the auctioneers, MM's, keep putting out calls, and little fake buys to prep it up while those discounted shares dump. Or at least it's clearly obvious that somebody is front running the opens while convertibles dump the rest of the day. Out sourced front runners? shill bidders?? never put anything past the greed involved, especially considering the obvious daily pop and dump.



This stock is so diluted, and as it stands will continue to dump shares well into 2016, perhaps even if they get a win, no cash injection except for loans and discounted shares means it's not going to go up and hold, just down.

I expect those down moves will occur during the periods the giant flippers, 'Discounted share dumping' end after each cycle of dumping. moreover, the big interest continues to dump trying to manage 15% or better after conversion, are going to get your .30, .25 eventually.

It stands to reason that, the major 'investors' (discounted share conversion owners) are dumping then why or how could they be so wrong, and little bo-peps who hardly understand financials much less investment quality stock would buy? In due time they'll fail too.

And it'll get darker before the dawn because at this rate, if they want to stay off of the stinkies, reverse split is coming.
