Your issue is that you cannot see that it DOES matter because our share price cannot go up without new investors. Many die hards have sold everything, like Dolla did, because Bayside will not be transparent to shareholders in the face of rapidly dropping share price. It LOOKS like massive dilution and they will not assure shareholders that this is not what is happening. There's a few of us left here, and some of the posters which you know are actually employees of Bayside.

So yes, we need transparency and we need investors to come back if you want to make money on your investment..
