Mgt not defending the stock so at this point NEWS has zero impact... Stock hit ATH on Jan 2014 CEO, MGT and BOD dumped huge stock is now down 90% and they haven't bought a share... smart money knows this is TOXIC unless they see mgt has guts to defend their own company's stock.
