let's see now. perhaps if we take those one at a time, it will clear up the confusion.,
1) MW has indeed sold stock, from his own personal account and through nominees to buy personal items. That is a fact which will be shown clearly during the trial. But, it isn't necessarily illegal. What is illegal is embezzlement ... and that will also be shown clearly during the trial.
2) MW was in hiding ... and for many, many weeks. RW and SonnyBoyShill are still in hiding.
3) PV lost to perjury ... soon to be exposed.
4) The statement was that IFUS would go BK ... and they will. there is no alternative. In essence they are bankrupt now ... owing far more than they are worth, or can ever be worth.
5) From the looks of MW's attorney recently, all he wants is to collect from MW.
6) The countersuit is a non sequitur ... dead, dormant, decaying. Nice ploy by MW, but everybody knew it was a clown move made strictly to pacify a few vocal supporters.
7) MW has delayed the state court case for two years. that is why the Federal RICO case was filed. He is trying to delay that, also, but the Feds will not give him much rope.
8) If there was no dilution, the TA would not be gagged. That's how it works. That's how it has always worked. In fact, I'll bet MW cannot prove that he has not exceeded the AS. (That would not be anything new for a non-reporting, sub-penny pinkie)
9) Prior videos and photos were staged ... and poorly staged at that. Neither the bagger or baler are working or have been working. No sales of bags or bales have taken place. If the bagger or baler was working, we would have video of that fact. We don't because they are not working.
10) The statement made, and backed up by links to scientific studies, was that bagasse decomposes in 90 days. More important than that is the report that there is NO bagasse on the property any more.
