Nonetheless, it doesn't mitigate my concern about the specific purpose of IR at this stage of the game.

Intelligent, adult posters whom I follow wrt MDMN are in near unanimous consent that Auryn has to obtain control either by obtaining a majority of common shares or via a tender. IR's involvement/advocacy at this early juncture would only make this process more expensive, unless I'm missing something.
