If the remaining amount of CDs end as of August 15th, with only $242,000 remaining...and applying a current share price as a constant(which it won't be) that amounts to 80,000,000 shares, but factoring in the 65% conversion rate, that equals 125,000,000. Through the process of a PR , it might be higher, or through the process of massive selling it will be lower.

If there were additional CDs in the pipeline, things will dramatically change.

In the next 10Q, we may find out Offor's /Chrome's shares.

In the next 10Q, we will find out if there were additional CDs. I see no reason for PN to change his ways. He will spend until the Credit card is maxed out.
