LEARN how PPs follows REVENUE.

That would be true of big board stocks. As you'll come to learn it has little to do with penny stocks, which are nothing more than popularity contests. Revenues rarely move the needle on OTC's. And unfortunately for you, grey sheet stocks just aren't very popular.
