Face it: Ultraflix has virtually no content at all, and if the story's true that they burned Paramount by not paying for Interstellar, then no one will ever give them trade credit of that nature ever again.
In fact, I'm still astonished that Paramount gave them such a front-line movie without making them pay in advance. Surely studio executives have lost their jobs for lesser stupidities.
Giving NTEK credit of any kind is blindingly stupid, let alone $700,000 worth of it. A few minutes DD on the company should have sufficed to put NTEK on a cash-only subfloor right from the git-go.
