How about it? Everyone's familiar with the Overstock story by now. The events in question took place between about 2005 and 2007. It was ALWAYS known that OSTK was shorted naked; it was on the Reg SHO threshold list forever.

The shorting involved both stock and options; it wouldn't have been possible had OSTK not been exchange-listed, and had not had options. This is something else everyone's known for years.

No relevance at all to REVO.
