They .might lose the 50 percent stake in the offshore maybe. But just 9 million to pay debit. And only will the company have value left for shareholders but they will be back in business. Texas judge for a Texas company isn't going to let some Canadians walk away from the deal with the whole company for a mere 9 mil.
