No way they walk... and the three year option... just standard Business procedure... they need enough time to get the property in the revenue producing stage so when they exercise their option and spend the Big Money ($100 million plus dollars)... well then... they start getting a Return on Their Investment as soon as possible...

Company's don't have long feasibility studies to to waste their time and money for three years just to walk... it is a strategic process in best managing their money spent and investment return...

Like I said they have past their point of walking... they are now in strategic planning for development...
