SNY isn't manufacturing the drug. Mannkind is. Hardly a shell. But you are right that SNY is controlling the marketing and selling of Afrezza, 100%. And that is because that was part of the DEAL that Mannkind struck with SNY. You aren't telling us anything shocking here.
