The Company's primary distribution will be via Amazon.com throughout the U.S.A. and India, which the Company has previously announced details on. This distribution will begin once the product is received from the manufacturer in late July. The Company has also received Distribution Agreements for Europe andAsia, which are being negotiated to address the exclusivity clause in return for minimum quantity commitments.
