I've been posting that same thing for a few years now.
But look at where we are; our auditors saying we're about to go belly up; a totally incompetent Board and ceo, as measured by the crucial litany of recent failures; and most importantly, still no sufficient bucks we know of, nor are we truly in phase 2!
Yes, JV and true institutional long buying often happens as confirming interim phase 2 data starts to emerge, but alas we are nowhere, nowhere at that point. Actually, any student of emerging biotech history, has seen this same hedgie story and ceo blabber before, only to see an extremely high phase 2 failure rate.
A simple historical fact, as phase 2 is treacherous and, as we know, phase 1 designs are always extremely clinically and scientifically very faulty and favoring the company until the SEC gets at them in the remaining clinicals.
Those that don't know emerging biotech history, are doomed to become it's victims. Again.
