Before I head out to BBQ, thought I would say CWRN is like a game of Clue. IMO, Brad was involved in some way, probably financing, with PanAm and possibly Geo.

Brad pobably financed the last shipment, PanAm/Bobo got in serious financial problems down in Mexico (nuumerous lawsuits mentioned in the last PR and in Pes's post). Brad coughs up $2MM to settle some litigation, probably one of which was storage fees at the doc, to release shipment. BAO tells Brad to bend over due to poor quality and lower price and now is trying to figure out what to do.
