This company is being dismantled intentionally by Ntephe and Odobulu.

I said at least a year ago is that there was always the danger of their finding a mechanism to transfer the ERHC assets to Offor and they do appear to be doing just that.

One clue that has always been there is their failure to communicate and promote ERHC at almost every turn as they destroyed the share price.

What else could explain Offor standing back and watching as the the market cap decimated from over a hundred million to single digits in less than a year if there was not going to be a big pay off for himself as the game played itself out !
