Congressional attendance at First Oral argument 7-7 is a high probability for New York House Reps that are well informed of the FDA Amarin antics.

On 7-8 House Aprropriations meets for FDA budget market up and to reshuffle budget allocations...this was originally scheduled for June 16th but was canceled. Don't forget the Trillion $ plus market cap that submitted amicus's to Amarin complaint.

As the Bill reads now the FDA has 18 months to update guidance on scientific information that's not on the label. Guessing this could change;)

When the Bill markup comes out...be prepared to communicate with your Reps.
