As somebody who knows the law and equity investing well, please allow me to answer this question you posed:

The answer is both obvious and simple: NTEK is a share-printing, stock distribution dilution scam for insider (Foley) enrichment.

It is the SPNG (Spongetech) scam just replace soap-infused sponges with MadCatz MOJOs and bootlegged low-quality upscaled crapola D-list videos.

Pure, unadulterated scam by a criminal with multiple independent felony convictions who is sitting on his upper bunk right now waiting for lights-~OUTT at 11PM.
