OCAT large share holder BlackRock Fund Advisors was previously a part of Barclay's, and not a hedge fund.

Responsible institutional investors require that an investment firm act as a Fiduciary. To collude with a hedge fund would be fiduciary malfeasance at best, and with deep pockets, extremely expensive.
