I have discussed the situation with Mr. Mueller in great detail, including the complexities of the 'moratorium' which only relates to staking of new land. Existing claims are grandfathered in.

Saying the moratorium only relates to staking of new land is a flat out lie. Saying the claims are “grandfathered in” is an attempt to mislead investors that they are still valid for exploration, another blatant and shameless deception. I have stated many times that this whole Pipe Dream saga is the smoking gun exposing Briscode as a huckster beyond any shadow of any doubt. Misleading investors that money could be rolling in by optioning the claims to Mueller and getting royalties is a BLATANT SEC MATERIAL FACT LIE. Briscoe is playing a very dangerous game and better come clean before he winds up in prison. And where the hell is Gross? Is he in a coma? As a lawyer he should know all of this.
