There were never any buybacks. Retiring shares is not the same as a "buyback".

Remember the new word of the day - reinvestment!! That means that investors are going to get screwed to the tunes of billions of shares. Good luck ever selling for anything more than 0.0001. And you'll be competing with Joel who can always issue more shares.
