As well as a huge guess as to the objvecetives of Blackrock in taking a position.
Could just as easily ad most likely be for hedging purposes, which one could argue would make much more sense than the possibility of buying shares in such a troubled company at this stage in it's development which I can't imagine comes close to meeting any of their company's sound analyst criteria for pure investment.
