There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. If a company believes there to be some value under the ground, the BLM by law has to charge a lease fee for that property.

Now, the "wrong thing" was for LBSR to mention Genesis and new Vertical Bore technology and imply that something was going to be done quite soon to help LBSR make some money, KNOWING that the moratorium did effect our property - now that was WRONG. I had seen NO mention of this before from the company, in contrast - the opposite had been mentioned.

Yes, I know that there were several here pointing that out - but I doubted it given the persistent attacks on all fronts on the company.

I too had read that LBSR was grandfathered and could still continue their pursuit of uranium on the claims before the moratorium ended - but evidently this was WRONG.

It's good to admit your wrong - well just once in awhile !!
