the SEC got the info from Delaware.

the SEC does not declare state corporation's "void" . . . the states do, and the SEC acts based on the state's determinations . . .

did you really say a void corp. can still trade? . . . i'll challenge that . . . even the gray sheets are still not void . . .

tickers please, i'll believe you when you show proof . . . it sounds impossible to me . . .
