no it is not..A/S is like a credit line. the O/S is what you should be concerned with and that can be bought back and return to the treasury....It would be ideal if the o/s was a small number ,but we don't know what it is just yet, unfortunately...If there is good news, deposits on equipment, sales of equipment, sub leasing of territory, these things would move the stock price up...not just a low float....who is this Mod squad that is deleting posts?...Isent a letter to the senior ip people requesting they be banned from monitoring our board...or I will not participate and share any longer..SLH's opinion
