Saying they need to take care of debt is akin to telling a recent college graduate, who just got his first job, that they need to go out and refinance the 60K in student loans they raked up.

Yeah, they haven't actually made any money yet and you don't even know if they will be able to keep the job, but YOU think they should be able to refinance that debt, so it must be possible.
