GNCP - The sell leg is what is reported each time. Pretty simple per FINRA. The buy side has zero bearing on daily short volume. All that matters is if the party selling is generating a short position that is guaranteed through a private settlement (nothing located or borrowed) or through a legal borrow.

Funny, the mystery legs weren't mentioned this time and how those legs go unreported on the tape.

Oh well, I will stick with the following link and the communications via email that I have had with FINRA.
