I think this is new:
DKTS is a "Dark or Defunct" company in the OTCMarkets Pink No Information tier (as of Wednesday, I believe).

Same thing with the company whose shares they hope to receive in exchange for um, well, in exchange for something. One wonders if those shares would even be salable once received if that deal ever happens. Under the existing "lack of non-current information" circumstances, I don't think so.

Why is it always a good idea to know a securities lawyer when one buys shares in a company in which Alonzo Pierce is involved? Maybe you should get one free with a buy order.
