The reason I was trying to make his clear was because there are bashers who make it sound like we are being diluted to death.

I am not sure how one defines "being diluted to death".. but here are the numbers.

Over 63 months since the reverse 1:5 reverse split, the average additional shares each month has been 2.27 Million New Shares, for a grand total of 139,182,046 Million Shares over 5 years. The dilution has definitely slowed down due to the Preferred but one must count those towards the total share count.

I am pretty sure that the new outstanding share count will be around 195 Million Shares. This count is getting close to the 237 Million shares which existed prior to the Reverse Split.
