QMC Patent Pending...
...pending patent that Bayer signed-over to QMC on Dec.3rd...this is still in the 'application' stage & involves the rapid fabrication of QD's...this formula also appears to primarily consist of NHM QD's , which may be the IP that QMC has been promoting since February:
