Here's the deal:

That was when returning shares was supposed to start -- in APRIL. We are nearly 3 months down the road and have yet to see a change.

My issue is don't talk about it unless you're actually gonna do it in the timeframe you promised (I.e. Level 5 product line piggyback rollout, celebrity endorsement, revealing "giants in the shadow," etc). People just lose faith and have a harder time hanging through the slow times when mgmt. doesn't come through.

I'm not saying they haven't made big strides, because they have, but investors are quick to remember the bad and reluctant to remember the good. Unfortunately there have been cases where management hasn't come through and then doesn't talk about it so it looks shady and/or incompetent.


Do I think they'll return shares? Sure. But don't promise to start in April unless you are gonna start in April. Who knows maybe management wants to drop the PPS a little bit so they can buy back more shares at a cheaper price. Idk.

I'm long since last March, so I'm not bashing for a secret agenda. Credibility seems to be hanging on a thread with this board and management would do well to take that into consideration. Starting this business is difficult enough; let's not give people any more ammo than they already have. IMO
