IMO Vincent is converting his Series I Convertible Preferred Stock. Each one is convertible into 1,250 FLTT common shares and he can convert them at .0008 for two more years up to 125,000,000 common shares. Just 1000 I series shares = 1,250,000 FLTT common shares. I got my MILLIONS at .0002-.0004 much less than Vincent's .0008. If i'm right when he's done IMO FLTT will REVERSE MERGE with AXLX or maybe they already have. If they have then IMO they will REVERSE MERGE with ITKH so ITKH can uplist to the NYSE MKT with FLTT's help.
