"With such large selling share volume cratering the pps..."

Mike, How do you understand the volume these few months since John Bourque's release to be large?

Rock can redo my following example using the current number of BORKs issued and available for a Bid or Ask rather than my hopefully not to much misleading numbers. I still don't understand the term overhang, or float (issued?).

Using a half billion (500 million) or one billion (1,000 million) BORKs "out there" that now does, or can, or will represent this company, a day's sell to a buyer for a transfer of two million (2 million) shares,
for example,
2 of 500 is a 0.4 percentage of the whole
or,
2 of 1,000 is a 0.2 percentage of the whole.

My take is that a sell of like one percentage is too small a volume to move the pps, that is unless those well established manipulation techniques used by flippers are active and reflect a meaningless result.
