It's Q-3 2015 and Bioheart is a 1/2 CENT STOCK (.0055 CENT last trade, first week of Q-3)

0.0052 / 0.0059 (10000 x 10000)

The market cap now stands at just barely holding about $4 million, based on the company's last SEC filing published O/S share count of about 734 MILLION shares.

Simple as that. PR's about "awards" or what "committee" or whatever some exec is on and blah, blah, blah- and it's a 1/2 PENNY stock, not the "value of ONE CENT", LOL !!!!! It's 1/2 CENT, LOL ! In mid 2010, the stock was approx. .50, aka 50 CENTS and maybe as high as .70 or 70 CENTS, it's now 1/2 CENT. NO large, major BHRT FDA trials (phase II/III) have ever re-commenced/re-started again or progressed since that time period that I'm aware of per the company's own 10-K and 10-Q filings, being stated as "on hold" since 2009/2010 for "LACK OF FUNDING"? Now 5 to 6 YEARS AGO !!

A picture is often said to be worth a 1000 WORDS, well, these pictures/graphs sure tell me a LOT OF INFO, for me personally.

And despite the "reality" of those two pictures/graphs above, then there is this "table" from the company's own latest SEC filings:

Yep, that's the condition of things as I see um as of start of Q-3, 2015.

I'm waiting for the next 10-Q and will be first looking for the new O/S share count (DILUTION since the last 10-Q) and if anymore floorless convertible debt deals were "inked" since the last 10-Q, if and for how much Magna's dilution "credit line" has been tapped since the last 10-Q, how much CASH ON HAND BHRT has left as of the 10-Q filing, and if there's more details on how they're gonna pay-out the approx. $1.7 MILLION lawsuit they just recently settled, what their current expenses are (increased again or not?) and how much the loss from operations looks to be as of mid-year. Oh, and if ANYTHING is even mentioned about several of the past, semi-recent "PR's" that involved "possible, maybe, sorta, kinda" I guess "deals" and/or "term sheet" thingys- will they even get a passing mention in the 10-Q?

Those are my personal "big highlights" I'll be looking at in the first-glance pass at the new 10-Q when it gets released. That's the key info for me- that I look for initially.
