Anyone else go through the 10Q? It appears that they have been shuffling the chairs on the deck since back in April 2015! It also looks like they're going to be changing their business model and go into "craft beers". This smells like ATTD being sold as a Shell to a new group but with over 690 Million Shares OS and already at "PAR" again- I see another REVERSE STOCK SPLIT coming! No "new" group is going to take on this much debt and liabilities as well as nearly 700M Shares OS! It's cheaper, and with less headaches, to buy a New Shell with a tight float! I'd wait for the RS to see what develops!
