Good afternoon, You guys did a story a few years ago about a local company (Bebevco) putting out a Cheech and Chong Ice-cream product. The company is also a publically traded penny stock company. (bbda) That Ice-cream was never released , and the CEO you interviewed, Brian Weber used Fox 46, to hype the company, so they could trick local people into buying worthless stock.They then use the money from stock sales for racing disguised as marketing. You guys should look into this penny stock fraud company that is in your neck of the woods. Many Statesville/Charlotte locals were tricked into buying worthless stock in this company. The ceo is actually a convicted tax evader criminal. He used your news channel as part of his scam
