Sometimes things like that happen because starting up companies and buying more companies uses more money that was ever expected so companies have to sell shares to cover costs prior to the Revenues start to come in. At times the rev's just don't increase fast enough and the company gets buried in debt to the point it's only resource is to r/s. Unfornutely it happens to a lot of Pinkie Companies. In ELRA case they do have companies that are in operation and management does seem to care about the progress of the companies. As they keep building the company the revs will grow and eventually be a self sustaining entity that will be good for the shares holders...
