It was mentioned elsewhere that the claim holders have allowed Volcan free access to the claim for exploratory work for a number of years.
You have indicated that bulk sampling is currently in progress. What else do you have in the way of information?
In other words:
Who is sharing the claim with JJ or MDMN?
What agreements have they come to regarding development?
News on what they have found?
How far along is the bulk sampling program?
