I have noticed that the trick of deliberately posting ToU breaching material- especially Personal Attacks - and then editing it to more innocuous material before the 15 minute editing window expires seems increasingly common nowadays.

Is there anything iHub Admins can do if such a deliberate flouting of the ToU is brought to their attention, for example by checking what the post in question said before it was edited and then applying appropriate sanctions to the offender?

Thanks in advance.
