Information about multiple companies being created by Vape insiders. This is the conversation I had with the Vape's investor relations rep.
!*!*!*!***!*!**!*!*!*!*!**!*!*!***!*! Stephen,
Can you explain why Vape Holding insiders are creating all these companies? If they are part Vape Holdings, it is a holding company after all, why are they not being listed as such? A lot of investors are somewhat alarmed by these discoveries and would like some insight into what the purpose of these companies are. Thank you.
*!*!*!**!*!*!*!*!*!*!**!!*!*!*!**!*!*!*!* VAPE is not currently involved in any of these. As you know there is a fine line a public company has to walk in the cannabis sector. With that said, it is possible for the public company to benefit from some or all of these things.

If you think about what most of these companies are setup to do grow or sell MJ. Vape Holdings offers services which these companies could use. Vape offers consulting (various types), sells compliant packaging, offer branding services and website design, and sell clothing. There is no reason why the money generated from these companies can't flow up towards Vape Holdings.
Plus, if these companies were directly owned by Vape and the federal winds changes against letting states make their own marajuana laws it wouldn't end very well for Vape. This is probably the safest and smartest way for them to build a large and diverse network which could then be acquired by Vape Holdings later once the correct federal laws are in place to protect such and investment.
