on that. I would say any word from the co. should be considered a positive as I didn't think they really existed anymore.

As far as shareholders approving, I didn't get a ballot. No word on share structure so hopefully that stays the same. When their ticker went from sgnc to sgui everyone got wiped out on a huge reverse split.
