What was expected was the tier downgrade, not the missed filings.

And the downgrade is old news as we all expected it if the filing didn't happen.

New or potential Marani investors I'm sure are smart enough to know what the otc markets tier structure represents and don't put much emphasis on tier movements when they already know the filing status.

My posted comments are only my considered opinion based on the reality as I see it. Your reality may be different.
