How is withdrawing the appeal
and conceding the patents are invalid a winning strategy for MMRF? And where is MMRF going to get the money to pay the costs and fees to the defendants?
Didn't Lorsch promise shareholders he would appeal? But yet, 6 months of delays resulted in no appeal.
