Yeah, it's not going to be completed. I'm sure they were hoping for some buying activity at the announcement and they got nothing. There's nothing left to tap here from a 'selling shares' perspective. That being said, even a fully diluted 5B share structure can run, but they're going to have to come up with something far more stimulating than that media deal.

My hope is they just throw in the towel and actively seek a R/M candidate that might bring even a speck of competence to this ticker. As of now, this thing is just dead in water.

I'm just wondering how these people live. I mean, they spend their whole lives failing, yet I'm betting they live pretty well regardless. Not sure why it's so easy to be a successful failure in this country.
