Yea. I was trying to find info on the company they said they bought

July 1 - Universal Apparel & Textile Company is pleased to announce that it has purchased Newealth US, Inc., a company that “Empowers and Mobilizes Consumers and Merchants from All Walks of Life NOW.”

I only found a few things about it one being it was created 1 month ago. The PR says it has 5 million in assets
