I can understand the frustration. How many years has this new management team had hold of the reigns here? I own a small private business and know it is no easy task by any means to keep paperwork straight. I can't imagine the headache involved as a public trading company.

" New management" is growing a legitimate business in less than 3 years, that is no easy task. Now plans to up-list emerge, potentially multi-million dollar revenue projects in the works. They are doing this within 3 years, just imagine 3 years from now if they continue the pace their growing where this could be $$$$$$$$.

I don't believe they ever ruled a need to possibly R/S for up-listing. Months ago I had emailed the company and they told me it was an option that would be discussed and if they had to it would be for a very good reason.

And now we all know the reason
