Today I took the time to have conversations with the Bourque Industries Inc. I ended up talking to multiple officers and had a one on one conversation with John Bourque. I discussed some specific subjects, one of which was the apparent selling of shares by what looks like one or more large shareholders. John Bourque assured me that neither he, nor any BORK officer, director, insider, nor anyone related to any of these, have been selling stock. They do not know who has been selling large amounts of stock. They have good reason to hold on to their stock and no reason to sell any.
