the water should be welcome news. What management has done thus far has cost the company well over 10MM bucs. Plus they have pending litigation that could cost them even more.

Thanks for the breaking news.....if true. And do you have any info showing Kyle and his family have a substantial investment here, as "alleged"?

The financials show Kyle's leadership has lead to investor losses, a net worth in excess of $1.3MM, and substantial dilution.

Maybe, in order to protect his and his family's "alleged" substantial investment, the BOD will vote to replace current management.

I mean sometimes you have to read the handwriting on the wall, right?
