At Wave's current market value I gotta think Wave is worth something to a consolidator. Why? They have exceptionally high margins -90+%. Wave has no debt. A security company purchasing Wave could have very significant symentries that should elimimate a large % of Wave's op ex. I believe the right purchaser would find Wave accredive to earnings in less than 2Qs. Wave is now trading at a little more than 2 x sales. No Euro deal, good chance no Naz extension as market cap fails. Wave does have products that do sell and thoses sales alone are worth $.52/sh to some company. They also would get Wave's IP and potential large tax loss deductions. W/o an announced big deal I doubt Wave can get the Sp high enough to meet the market cap requirement. An R/S won't solve that. Solms must be evaluating how best to shop Wave if he hasn't aleady done that. He needs to find a good potential buyer, there s/b one that will work for all. A SP < $.50 just under values Wave to someone.
