I should clarify, I do believe institutional buyers will be able to purchase shares between 11 and 12. However, I don't believe retail buyers will get in the IPO for much less than 16 because it will be oversold. With tt034 in the clinic, phase III on deck, hep b on the way, more treatments in the pipeline. . . all potential one shot cures, there will be excitement and enthusiasm from new investors.

I even think the old angry and bitter shareholders are starting to get excited.
